Open Spaces completes RoSPA Playground Inspection Training

Enhancing skills and qualifications to ensure playground safety and compliance.

Open Spaces’ Estate Management team and Maintenance Operatives have successfully completed the Operational Playground Inspection training, delivered by RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).

The two-day course is designed for professionals responsible for carrying out operational inspections and those working in supervisory or maintenance roles.

It equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to assess the ongoing safety, condition and compliance of play areas, in line with relevant standards and legislation.

As part of the training, colleagues also passed the Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII) Operational exam, achieving an industry-recognised qualification.

Open Spaces continues to expand, with a growing number of residential estates under management. As this growth continues, developing specialist knowledge and expertise within our team is essential to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.

Investing in accredited, professional training strengthens our in-house capability, ensuring that shared spaces across our portfolio are well-maintained and safe for residents to enjoy.

This latest training milestone reflects Open Spaces’ ongoing commitment to professional development and delivering high-quality estate management services.
