Access our portal on desktop, mobile or tablet and manage your Open Spaces account online.

You will need to register when using the portal for the first time - however, registration is quick and easy!
All you need is your tenancy reference number and an email address. Click 'My account' and follow the below instructions.

- On the portal login page, click ‘New user? Click here to register’.
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email and Tenancy reference number.
- We must already hold the Email address you are using to register – you may need to contact us to confirm which email we have on file.
- Your Tenancy reference number can be found on any correspondence received from Open Spaces and will be in the format of XXXXX001-01.
- Lastly, click ‘Register’ and you will receive an email with your username and password.
Forgotten your password?
- Click ‘Forgot password?’ and input the Email address used when creating your account.
- Click ‘Submit’ and you will receive an email with a link to re-set your password.
