Open Spaces attain industry-leading qualifications

Open Spaces' team have completed the RoSPA Operational Playground Inspections Course.

Estate Managers (pictured) Lisa Reay, Rebecca Longstaff, Amy Scott and Karen Cribbs, and Estate Operatives Helena Bentley and Daniel Bell have each been awarded a RoSPA Certificate of Training for completing the two-day course and successfully passed the Register of Play Inspectors International exam for Operational Inspections.

RoSPA Play Safety training is aimed at those responsible for inspections and management of outdoor play areas, with course content covering accidents and legal considerations, effective systems of reporting, and approaches to site and equipment inspection.

Accreditation must be renewed every three years and had previously been achieved by Rebecca, Amy and Karen, with Lisa, Helena and Daniel qualifying for the first time.

With a growing portfolio of un-adopted areas in developments across the North East and Yorkshire, increasing expertise within the team is a vital asset for Open Spaces and a huge boost to the wide-ranging estate management services offered to clients.

Huge well done to the team for demonstrating a wealth of knowledge and ability with this accomplishment.
